Some times we see different news about shares disposals, but usually such articles means almost nothing due to low amount of such shares. As an example, a few weeks ago Google's director disposed 57 shares, that's almost nothing. Here is another case, Equifax's HR officer disposed quite a huge amount of shares:Coretha M Rushing, Equifax's Chief HR Officer, recently disposed of 2,306 shares of the company. The disposals took place at $93.90 per share, on February 08, 2016. Rushing still owns 13,182 shares of the company. To be honest, the liquidation of almost 15% of your shares means at least that something is going wrong with a company. I don't see other important reasons. 2,306 shares is something around $216k pre-tax, I think it's like 6 months salary of this HR Officer. Seems to be at least strange for me.
